Welcome to Bugle Nursery

Your Key Persons this year will be Mrs Davies, Mrs Torres and Miss Parry and we are excited to work with you again.

We have lots of exciting opportunities to play together, for example, this term our theme is 'How Big is Big?' To support our thinking, we will be investigating our world and the weather, space and dinosaurs. To help make our learning even more interesting we will be visiting the school field on a Winter Walk and doing some scientific experiments!

Our nursery caters for children from the term of their second birthday to four years of age. Children can be admitted to the nursery at any time during the school year, but our usual intake is in September. Depending on numbers we may have further intakes in spring and summer.

In the nursery we provide the children with opportunities to explore and learn through play, as well as more focused experiences. Everything is designed to develop the essential social and learning skills children need when entering more formal learning at a later stage. We promote inquisitive minds and independent attitudes and have created a space in which children can thrive. Our nursery is a carefully planned environment which allows children to explore, practice and refine learning using a core set of resources which are built upon throughout the year.

We offer a large outdoor area which is partially covered to allow access whatever the weather.
