A very warm welcome to Bugle School.
Bugle School is set in the heart of the Cornish clay area and close to the town of St Austell. We provide a happy, safe and caring environment for all. Parents, staff and governors aim together to provide our children with the best opportunities possible to develop independent skills required for everything that their future holds.
Our logo is ‘learning together by including’ which celebrates the diverse cultures of our community. There are 190 children on roll including Bugle Nursery.
There have been many recent alterations to improve the learning environment including the expansion of the grassed and hard court play areas. Two classrooms have been refurbished and a further classroom added to the main building. The classrooms are well equipped and furnished. All classrooms have interactive whiteboards and there are wireless networked laptops for use by all year groups.  In February 2021 we're embarking upon an exciting new build - a purpose-built nursery and Early Years building!
Visitors are always welcome at the school (in normal times) and we have regular visits from the local clergy and a range of aid workers. The school supports a major national charity event each term and regularly collects for Great Ormond Street Hospital and Children’s Hospice South West.
We would welcome the opportunity to show you how special we are, by inviting you to come and see for yourself, when it is safe to do so. We look forward to welcoming you back in person soon!
We hope you enjoy our website.
